Jo Peachey

Jo Peachey is a highly versatile HR Transformation Management Consultant with a decade of international experience in HR and HR/IT management. At present, Jo serves as the Head of HR Design and Innovation at HSBC, where they leverage deep expertise in Shared Services, HR outsourcing, and HR systems implementations. Previously, Jo held roles at Barclays and Accenture, demonstrating strong project management and change management skills. Jo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Nottingham University, which they are currently pursuing.
