With nearly 40 years of experience in investment sectors including equities, fixed income, and alternatives, Joanna has held significant roles at major institutions such as HSBC Asset Management and AXA Investment Management. As a passionate advocate for gender diversity and social mobility in asset management, Joanna actively contributes as an Executive Director on HSBC Asset Management's global board and is a Founder Member of the Diversity Project. Joanna obtained an MBA from Stanford University and has completed advanced degrees from Goldsmiths, University of London, and The London School of Economics.
