Joanne Austin

Joanne Austin is currently the Manager of Global Inclusion at HSBC, where they actively support colleagues in balancing their professional and caring responsibilities. With a career spanning 28 years, Joanne has held various roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, including Risk Analyst and Senior Risk and Delivery Analyst, before joining HSBC as a Financial Crime Risk Assurance Manager.
