Joanne Chormanski

Joanne Chormanski is an experienced Associate General Counsel with a demonstrated history in in-house corporate legal counsel, focusing on litigation, regulatory enforcement, and risk management. Joanne previously served as a Litigation Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and held notable roles at Citigroup and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., where they managed complex litigation matters, including bankruptcy estate negotiations. Currently, Joanne is a Senior Vice President & Managing Associate General Counsel at HSBC, where they oversee legal issues supporting critical business areas and lead efforts in risk identification and mitigation. Joanne is also pursuing a JD at New York University School of Law and holds a BA in Political Science from Franklin & Marshall College.
