Jody Tang is a Total Rewards Specialist and Certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Career Services Provider (CCSP). Jody has held various roles in human resources, including Assistant Manager at JLT Group and Senior HR Advisor for North Asia at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), before becoming a Performance & Reward Consultant at HSBC. Currently, Jody is pursuing an Executive Diploma in Employment Ordinance and Taxation from the Hong Kong Management Association and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with First Class Honours from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Jody participated as an exchange student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
