Joerg Halbgebauer

Joerg Halbgebauer is the Managing Director overseeing Global CAO and COO for UHNW & Distribution at HSBC Global Private Bank & Wealth, a position held since 2018. Previously, Joerg served as COO of Central Functions and Key Clients Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank, and as COO for Global Key Clients in their Private Wealth Management sector. Joerg's early career included a project management role at Hilti, Inc. and an internship at Novartis, where a thesis focused on competitive benchmarking was developed. Joerg holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Finance and Banking, and is currently enrolled in the Deutsche Bank Leadership Program at London Business School.
