Joha Abdulla is the UK Head of Secure Access (Platforms) at HSBC, where they lead digital security efforts across HSBC, first direct, and M&S, managing security applications and infrastructure in regulated environments. With over 14 years of diverse experience across Distribution, Digital, and Product, Joha focuses on innovation and collaboration with global teams. They co-founded HSBC’s EmpowHER programme to support the career advancement of Black Heritage women and are an alumnae of The Solaris Executive Leadership Development Programme. Currently, Joha is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Greenwich and is a passionate advocate for inclusion and digital transformation. Outside of work, Joha enjoys football and technology, connecting with others who share similar interests.
