John Armstrong

John Armstrong is the Global Chief Operating Officer at HSBC Private Bank, a position held since 2013. They previously served as Regional COO for Europe at HSBC from 2010 to 2013 and as Chief Technology and Services Officer for Europe at HSBC Bank plc from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, John was the CIO for Europe at HSBC Bank from 2007 to 2008 and the Global Head of IT Operations at HSBC from 2004 to 2007.
