John Hartke

John Hartke is a Managing Director and the Head of M&A for North America at HSBC, a position they have held since 2014. Previously, they served as the Managing Director for M&A in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico at Crédit Agricole CIB from 2012 to 2014, and as a Director in the M&A Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2002 to 2011. Hartke began their career as a Management Consultant at Mars & Co. from 1998 to 2000. They earned an MBA and a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management between 2000 and 2002.
