John Ruane

John Ruane is the Lead Digital Analyst at HSBC, a position held since 2014. Previously, John was the Digital Testing Team Manager at First Direct from 2011 to 2014, where they also served as a Self-Managed Team Facilitator and Team Leader. John began their career in customer relations with a secondment in the central Customer Relations team at First Direct. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Public Policy from Leeds Metropolitan University from 1990 to 1993.
