Jonathan Walsh

Jonathan Walsh is the Head of Data for M&S Bank's Chief Operating Office, where they lead the MI and Insight teams, oversee data management, and ensure compliance with data regulations. They began their career as an Assistant Engineer at Mouchel plc and transitioned into financial services in 2011, holding roles such as Risk Strategy Analyst at Bank of America and Senior Transformation Manager at HSBC. With a strong background in risk, analytics, and financial modeling, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in transforming M&S Bank into a digital organization. Jonathan holds an MEng Hons degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
