Joseph Hayling

Joseph Hayling is an Associate Director of FX Derivatives Quant at HSBC, where they previously held the roles of Associate and Intern. They earned a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Queen Mary University of London, where they also completed an MSci in the same field with First Class honors. Prior to their current position, they engaged in various educational roles, including as a Physics Ambassador and Teaching Assistant at Queen Mary, and as a summer school teacher for particle physics. Joseph is passionate about applied mathematics, physics, statistics, and machine learning.
