They possess a rich background in information technology audit, including extensive experience in SOX compliance, risk assessments, and internal controls across various public and private sectors. Previously, Rubio worked in roles at BMO Harris Bank, Follett Higher Education Group, and KPMG US, where they specialized in IT general controls and disaster recovery planning. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago and a degree in Computer Science from DePaul University.
