Joyce Zhang is a seasoned corporate communication professional with 15 years of hands-on experience in corporate communications, public relations, and marketing within multinational corporations and media organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Manager at 汇丰, Joyce has also held significant roles at Citi, KONE, and Thomson Reuters, where they excelled in enhancing corporate reputations and managing strategic communications initiatives. Joyce started their career as a reporter at Shanghai Daily and has built a strong media network in the Greater China region. They are pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Communications and International Economic & Trade at Shanghai International Studies University and Fudan University, respectively.
