Karl Willis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and governance across major financial institutions. They served as a Senior Project & Change Acceptance Manager at Barclays from 2012 to 2013, and later held various roles including Assistant Project & Programme Manager at the Youth Justice Board from 2009 to 2012. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a PMO Consultant at HSBC Global Banking and Markets.
