Kate Armstrong is currently the Global Talent & Assessment Lead at HSBC, having previously served as the Group Assessment Lead at Lloyds Banking Group from 2021 to 2023, where they managed assessment and selection processes. They have also held positions as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Cappfinity, and were the Impact Coordinator at The University of Sheffield in 2017.
