Kate Minson is an experienced sustainability leader with a twelve-year track record in sustainability, climate change, and biodiversity within multinational organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director, Policy, Partnerships, and Engagement at HSBC, Kate collaborates with NGOs, IGOs, and governments to drive systemic change through policy development and transformative partnerships. Previously, as Head of Sustainability Partnerships at HSBC Canada, Kate transformed $32M in philanthropic funding into measurable community and environmental impacts. Kate also held the role of Indigenous Affairs Coordinator at Teck Resources Limited, where significant advancements were made in Indigenous community engagement and policy development. Kate earned a Graduate Diploma in Sustainability and Social Responsibility from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
