Katherine Lai is the Asia Head of Sales Enablement at HSBC, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the private banking industry. Previously, Katherine held several positions at Deutsche Bank, including Market Head of the Emerging Wealth Team and Chief Operating Officer for North Asia. Katherine's extensive background encompasses roles in business management, change management, and agile transformation, having successfully managed a team of 80 across multiple international locations. Katherine continuously focuses on strategic planning, process re-engineering, and driving organic growth through various organizational initiatives. Katherine is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Boston University and a Master of Arts in Economics at the University of Michigan.
