Kathrin Groß-Holtick

Kathrin Groß-Holtick obtained a B.A. in Banking & Finance from FOM University while participating in a dual university program at NRW.BANK from 2010 to 2014, where they gained experience in various departments including Capital Markets and Risk Management. They served as a Junior Project Manager for infrastructure financing at NRW.BANK, facilitating club deals and negotiating credit documentation. Following a brief internship at Bilfinger in 2017 focused on M&A and Corporate Strategy, Kathrin joined HSBC in 2021, where they progressed from Account Manager Custody to Head of Account Management Custody - Associate Director, overseeing a team and enhancing client services.
