Kathy Liu

Kathy Liu is the Head of Strategy for Global Operations & Automation IT at HSBC, where they currently focus on enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, Kathy held various roles at HSBC, including Senior Consultant and Chief of Staff to the Deputy Group COO, and they worked at Tesco PLC as a customer transformation programme manager and international personalisation product manager. Kathy began their career as a project manager at British Sky Broadcasting and advanced through positions at Capgemini UK, where they served as Managing Consultant. They also held a managerial role at Capgemini prior to that.
