Kay Maxwell is a results-focused technology executive currently serving as the Head of Collaboration Technology at HSBC. Previously, Kay held senior roles at Bank of America, including Global Portfolio Delivery Executive and Project Manager, where they successfully managed complex projects such as the Transition Email Migration for EMEA. Kay has also worked with some of the leading financial institutions, including HBOS and Barclays, delivering transformational change and improving productivity through innovative technology solutions. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management at the University of Liverpool.
