Kerry Dicksee

Kerry Dicksee (nee Smith) has extensive experience in internal communications and engagement, having held various leadership positions within notable organizations. Key roles include Internal Communication & Engagement Lead at The Association of Commonwealth Universities, where Kerry supported change initiatives, and Snr Internal Communications Manager at WSP in the UK, where a transformation of the internal communications function was achieved. Previous experience includes being a Communications Manager at Level 3 Communications, Internal Communications Business Partner at QinetiQ, and Employee Communication Manager at The AA. Currently, Kerry serves as Senior Communications Consultant Bankwide Technology at HSBC, following a role as Future of Work Internal Communication Manager.
