Kesavan K R is currently the Director and Head of Shared Services for Asia Pacific, specializing in M&A integration, transformation, project management, and risks and controls. Previously, they held various positions at HSBC, including Integration Director for Mergers and Acquisitions, and have vast experience in risk management and audit roles across multiple countries and sectors. Kesavan's earlier career includes roles at HDFC Bank as Deputy Manager and at Prudential plc as Audit Manager, where they conducted risk-based audits across UK and Southeast Asia. They are also an alumnus of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
