Kevin Farrel

Kevin Farrel is currently the Head of Employee Relations UK at HSBC, where they lead key initiatives in employee relations. With extensive experience in human resources, Kevin previously held significant roles at companies such as Sainsbury's, where they managed a centralized team to support 180,000 colleagues, and AstraZeneca as the UK Employee Relations Lead. Kevin's career spans various leadership positions across notable organizations, including experience as Vice President of Human Resources at MUFG and as a Senior HR Business Partner at Barclaycard. They hold a BA in Business Studies with an HR major from Bournemouth University and have achieved Chartered Fellow status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
