Kim（Jun） Cai

Kim (Jun) Cai is a product and service designer with a background in hospitality and a focus on understanding the emotional needs of users. Kim has held various roles, including Lead Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Guest Services Team Leader at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where Kim contributed to enhancing guest experiences. As a UX Designer at Digital Creative and a Senior User Experience Designer at HSBC, Kim has collaborated with clients to develop user-centered designs and conducted usability testing to inform design iterations. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Huashang College Guangdong University of Business Studies and completed a UX Design immersive program at General Assembly Australia.
