Komal Kaur

Komal Kaur, FRM, possesses a diverse background in finance with significant experience in trade settlements, assurance, and product control. Beginning as a Summer Intern at Visok Advisors in June 2017, Komal progressed to a Team Developer role at Bank of America from February 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included settling DTC equity trades, minimizing operational risk, and preparing internal reports. Prior to this, Komal worked as an Assurance Associate at EY from July 2019 to February 2021, focusing on XBRL formatted financial statements for filing to HMRC and other authorities. Most recently, Komal held dual roles of Manager and Assistant Manager in Product Control at HSBC in December 2024, concentrating on daily P&L analysis, reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies. Komal earned a BBA in Finance from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies between 2016 and 2019.
