Kousik R.

Kousik R. is a dynamic finance leader with extensive experience in recovery and resolution planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance. They held progressive roles at GE Capital and FICO®, where they developed analytical frameworks and established off-shoring practices. At HSBC, Kousik served as VP for CCAR stress testing and head of RWA reporting, where they successfully managed regulatory submissions and enhanced governance frameworks. Currently, Kousik leads US recovery and resolution planning while pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an M.PHIL in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics.
