Kubilay Ermantas has extensive experience in risk management and operations within the financial sector, currently serving as the Regional Non-Financial Risk Lead for MSS Operations in the Middle East, North Africa, and Türkiye at HSBC since March 2017. Previous roles at HSBC include leadership positions such as Head of Europe and Africa Sites for Markets and Securities Services Operations, and multiple senior management roles in Global Markets Operations. Prior to this, Kubilay was involved in business implementation and operational process management at HSBC Bank AS from September 2014 to February 2017 and worked as a Fixed Income Specialist in Global Markets Operations from December 2006 to September 2014. Kubilay holds degrees from Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi and Istanbul University.
