Lakshmi Prasuna

Lakshmi Prasuna is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Third Party Risk Management at HSBC, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they worked at HSBC as a Fraud Operations Senior Associate from 2019 to 2021, where they reviewed fraud cases and managed victim refunds. They also served as a Mandate Specialist at HSBC Private Banking from 2016 to 2019, focusing on legal document review. Earlier in their career, Lakshmi was a GEO Content Reviewer at Google Maps from 2012 to 2015, where they improved data quality and mentored a spam management team. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Instrumentation from CVR College of Engineering, which they completed in 2011.
