Lauren Harris

Lauren Harris is the Head of Quality Assurance at HSBC, overseeing a global internal audit portfolio in risk, finance, strategy, and governance. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee at the Learning & Work Institute, they also contribute as Chair of the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee. Lauren previously held roles at Standard Chartered Bank as Executive Director of Group Internal Audit and at RBS as Senior Manager of Professional Practices. They have extensive banking sector experience focusing on quality assurance, risk management, and financial compliance, and are pursuing a BSc in Management from the University of Warwick.
