Lavanya Raj

Lavanya Raj is a strategic PMO professional with over 15 years of experience in project and program management, staffing, HR operations, change management, and audit compliance. They began their career as an Operations Analyst at First Source Solution and later worked as a Senior Executive in Staffing at Talent Source. Lavanya has held significant roles at IBM, including PMO Lead and Team Lead for HR Operations, where they became a subject matter expert in HRMS processes. Currently, Lavanya serves as PMO Lead for Markets and Securities Services at HSBC.
