Lee Davis

Lee Davis is currently the Head of Shareholder Governance at HSBC, where they oversee AGMs, shareholder documents, and stock market announcements, while managing key supplier relationships. With a background in Share Registration and a Company Secretary since 2006, they have broad experience in shareholder governance and advisory roles at large financial organizations, including positions at Standard Chartered Bank and Prudential Assurance. Lee has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Greenwich and has actively contributed to various projects aimed at enhancing the securities industry. They also serve as a Member of the Board of Trustees for ShareGift.
