Lee Mazza

Lee Mazza is a Surveillance Programme Manager for Global Regulatory Compliance at HSBC, where they lead the delivery of multiple global workstreams focused on communications surveillance. From 2018 to 2022, Lee served as a Surveillance Senior Project Manager, playing a key role in strategic transformation projects and overseeing stakeholder management. Prior to that, Lee worked as an Infrastructure Project Manager and a Trade Floor Support Analyst at HSBC, gaining a strong IT background in various technical support roles. Lee holds a BSc with Honours in Computer and Network Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
