Lei Shu

Lei Shu, CFA, is currently the Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance for Asia and the Middle East at HSBC, where they oversee a leading structured finance business in the Asia Pacific and MENAT regions. With extensive experience in the Structured Finance and Securitization industries across Asia Pacific, the U.S., and Europe, Lei has managed large organizations, focusing on strategy, budgeting, and client development. Prior to HSBC, they held positions at PING AN as Managing Director of the Securitized Products Department and at Greensill Capital as Managing Director. From 2006 to 2014, Lei was a Director in Global Markets Structured Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
