Len Aspell

Len Aspell is the President of Horizons, the Association for former HSBC employees, a role they have held since 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Len has expertise in Employee Relations, Collective Bargaining, Employment Law, and change management, previously serving as Director at HSBC Bank Pension Trust (UK) Limited from 2007 to 2019. They were also an Acting HR Director at Tiscali in 2006-2007 and held various HR leadership positions within HSBC between 1996 and 2004. Additionally, Len served as a Panel Member for the Central Arbitration Committee from 2005 to 2022, showcasing their commitment to labor relations. Len's educational background includes an Advanced Course in Trade Union Studies from Ruskin College Oxford and an Executive Management Programme at Manchester Business School.
