Leslie Noel is the Head of Insurable Risk Strategy at HSBC, leading the implementation and validation of both international and local insurance programs across Europe and the Middle East. They have been involved in training at AMRAE Formation since 2018 and served as the Chair of EFIRM from 2019 to 2021. Leslie's previous experiences include a role as the Regional Head of Insurable Risk Management for EMEA and various legal positions specializing in insurance at HSBC France from 2011 to 2013. They are currently pursuing advanced degrees in Private Law and Insurance Law at Université Paris-Est Créteil.
