Lexi Meens

Lexi Meens is currently the Global Head of Internal Communications at HSBC, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served in various roles at HSBC, including Director of Internal Communications, where they focused on change, strategy, and people, as well as senior communications positions in the finance and HR sectors. Before joining HSBC, Lexi held the role of Internal Communications Business Partner at British Gas and worked as the Involvement and Communications Manager at Royal Mail. Lexi began their career as a Communications Manager at Hays Executive from 2002 to 2008.
