Li Chen

Li Chen is the Head of Public Affairs for ASEAN at HSBC and an Executive Board Member of the EU ASEAN Business Council. With extensive experience in research and communication, Li has previously worked as a Director at Blackpeak from 2016 to 2022, and held roles at the Ministry of Commerce in China, Oxfam Hong Kong, and the Chicago Project on Security and Threats. Li's academic background includes pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs at the University of Chicago, alongside undergraduate studies at Renmin University of China and a study abroad program at the University of St. Andrews.
