Libby Lam

Libby Lam is currently a Business Analyst at HSBC, where they apply their expertise in technology and business processes. Previously, they held roles in cybersecurity and technology risk at PwC and EY, respectively. Libby started their career at HSBC as a Global Technology Graduate Trainee and completed an industrial placement in Retail Business Banking IT, gaining hands-on experience in developing ETL pipelines and RESTful APIs. They also served as an IT Service Management Assistant at the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, where they developed chatbots using Azure Bot Service. Libby earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and e-Business Management from Hong Kong Baptist University.
