Lillian Lai is an experienced professional with a diverse background in user experience research, UX/UI design, and auditing. Lillian started as an Accounting Intern at Cheng, Yeung & Co. (CPA) in June 2010, followed by a role as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte from October 2013 to November 2016. Lillian transitioned into user experience research at AXA from September 2017 to December 2018, later working at Talk Research & Innovation Management until October 2020. Lillian then served as a UX/UI Designer at PALO IT from December 2020 to October 2022. Currently, Lillian holds the position of Digital Product Researcher at HSBC since August 2023.
