Lionel Wee is a Senior Implementation Manager in Global Trade Solutions at HSBC, where they have been instrumental in implementing strategies related to digital transformation and regulatory change. They previously held roles at Great Eastern Life, where they contributed to operational improvements and product development, and gained valuable experience as a Corporate Tax Advisory Intern at PwC Singapore. Lionel began their career as a Relief Teacher at St. Andrew's Junior College, after earning a Bachelor of Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude, from Singapore Management University. They also participated in an international exchange program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
