Lucas Leong, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital platform management and marketing. Currently serving as the Digital Platform Manager at HSBC since July 2018, Lucas has successfully managed online and mobile banking platforms. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Consultant at MassMutual Financial Group, focusing on the redesign of customer-facing websites, as well as a Digital Marketing Intern at Baystate Health, contributing to a significant website redesign initiative. Lucas co-founded Global EngAge to innovate technology solutions for the elderly and has held positions at Royal Friesland Foods and Wild Sapiens, where strategic development and business initiatives were key focuses.
