Lucile RIBOT

Lucile Ribot is an independent administrator with extensive experience in financial and audit roles. They began their career as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1989 to 1994 before serving as CFO and Executive Board Member at Fives until 2017. Since 2018, Lucile has held various administrative positions, including membership on the Audit Committees for Kaufman and Broad, HSBC, and sitting as the Chair of the Audit Committee at Imerys. Lucile graduated from HEC Paris after completing preparatory studies at Lycée Louis-le-Grand.
