Lucinda Mort

Lucinda Mort is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the SuccessFactors Core HR and Cross Service Design Lead at HSBC. From 2016 to 2019, they held the role of Senior Business Solutions Analyst, focusing on HR solution architecture and overseeing the design and user acceptance testing of Employee Central across multiple countries. Prior to HSBC, Lucinda contributed to Barclays from 2014 to 2016 in various roles including Global HR Programme and Project Manager, where they led the transition of HR services to a global model. Lucinda completed their education with a BSc in Business Management from The University of Birmingham and previously studied Business Studies, Psychology, and English Literature at Cheadle Hulme School.
