Ludovic ROUSSEL

Ludovic ROUSSEL has over six years of experience in IT project management and software development, with a background that includes roles at EXIS, SFEIR, and HSBC. At EXIS, Ludovic was a Project Manager responsible for fixed-price missions and the design and build of a search engine for L'OREAL. During tenure at SFEIR, Ludovic served as an IT Developer, contributing to the development and maintenance of applications for clients such as Bayard Retraite Prévoyance and Hertz Lease. At HSBC, Ludovic advanced through various positions, ultimately becoming a Global Senior Engineer specializing in Contact Center Technologies, where responsibilities included the design and coordination of solutions across global business functions, in addition to project management for migrating French businesses to group contact center solutions.
