Ludovic Shum

Ludovic Shum is currently the Regional Head of Asset Management Legal in Asia at HSBC, where they focus on regulatory matters and transaction structuring. With extensive experience in the financial industry, Ludovic has held prominent roles including Managing Director and General Counsel at AMINA Bank, and Director of Regulatory Compliance at Credit Suisse. They previously served as Senior Manager in the Investment Products Division at the Securities and Futures Commission and have worked across various asset classes, including equities and virtual assets. Ludovic is pursuing legal studies, currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course and a Bachelor of Laws at UCL.
