Luke Bower is a commercially focused CIMA qualified accountant with extensive international corporate development and business management experience. They served as Management Accountant at 3i Group plc from 1998 to 2003, then held the role of Corporate Development Manager at Charter International from 2004 to 2009. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at HSBC as Global Programme Director, leading business management activities, and currently serves as Head of Transformation and Business Management, guiding transformation initiatives across the Wholesale Non Financial Risk function. Luke holds a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Nottingham and an ACMA in Management Accountancy.
