Lydia Ozug is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in interactive marketing and customer intelligence. At HSBC from June 2022 to March 2024, Lydia served as Insights Manager for Customer Intelligence and Partnerships, Head of Customer Community, and a content author. Responsibilities included migrating websites to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), stakeholder management, and optimizing website performance through an agile framework. Prior to this, Lydia worked at Minacs Marketing Solutions as an Interactive Marketing Consultant and interned at HY Connect as a Paid Media Intern in 2015. Lydia has demonstrated strong leadership in driving digital acquisition and strategy across international markets.
