Madhav Mindhe

Madhav Mindhe is the Director and Chief Engineer for Markets & Securities Services IT India at HSBC, where they drive innovation in developer tooling and platform engineering. With rich experience managing architecture, design, and the deployment of large-scale programs for leading investment banks, Madhav has held various influential roles across multiple organizations, including Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank. They began their career as a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. and earned a B.E. in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
