Manos Syniorakis

Manos Syniorakis, FRM, is currently the Manager of Risk Management Framework & Enhancements at HSBC Holdings Plc, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Manos served as the Recovery and Resolution (RRP) Strategy Manager at HSBC from 2022 to 2024 and worked as a Senior Analyst at the Bank of England's Resolution Directorate in 2019-2020. They also gained valuable experience in regulatory roles at the Prudential Regulation Authority, including positions as a Banking Supervisor and Policy Analyst. Manos completed their education with a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and holds a Financial Risk Manager certification from GARP. Additionally, they served as a Marine Officer in the Hellenic Army, managing the daily duties of 50 soldiers.
